The founding partners and principals of Sustainable Investment Group, LLC carry years of sustainable design and construction experience, education, and training expertise.
 SIG specializes in LEED consulting, sustainability training, thermal scanning, energy audits, and commissioning.
Our LEED management team also has extensive experience in commercial construction, real estate development, due diligence, estimating, and project management. These professionals have directed multi-million dollar office, warehouse, specialty, hospital, dormitories, and condo construction projects. Our team was instrumental in guiding project teams through every facet of the design-build process from budgeting, scheduling, contracting, leasing, and permit pulls to client / subcontractor relations, cost control, and weekly site visits and coordination meetings to ensure achievement of project milestones and LEED implementation.
