Overview

Resurgens Plaza is a 25-story Class “A” mixed-use commercial office building located at 945 East Paces Ferry Road in the Buckhead Heights neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. Designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates, Inc. and completed in 1988 Resurgens Plaza has 438,580 SF of space and is anchored by Resurgens Specialty Underwriting Insurance Company. This 27-story office building sits directly atop the Lenox MARTA station on the gold line. The two story Grand Lobby with its twin curved staircases is located on the 11th and 12th floors above a 10-story parking garage. Available parking, public transit options and close proximity to Georgia 400 and Peachtree Road make this space very accessible. Lenox Square Mall, hotels, restaurants and numerous entertainment opportunities are available in the immediate area.

The building underwent a $3.5 million dollar renovation in 2013 that included the addition of a 5,000 square foot fitness center and a complete refreshing of the Grand Lobby. Only a year and a half after acquiring the building, CW Capital Assets Management with the help of the PM Realty Group and Sustainable Investment Group (SIG), was able to announce the achievement of LEED for existing buildings at the Gold Level. SIG provided LEED EBO&M Consulting, ENERGY STAR Verification and Sign-off Services. The building also achieved a 97 ENERGY STAR score and Label.
