All four buildings have earned the ENERGY STAR label for 6 of the last 7 years, the one exception for all four buildings being 2011 which may have just been a filing issue.

Northcreek Office Park consists of four eight-story buildings with a total of 536,453 square feet. The convenient location of this property is only a half mile from the West Paces Ferry Road and Northside Parkway intersection which offers easy access to I-75 and I-285. It is only minutes from Cumberland Mall/Galleria and the Buckhead/Lenox area. This beautifully landscaped 41-acre campus environment provides on-site management, 24-hour security, as well as free parking.
